What Golfers Nite is

A private members' gathering organised by AIHQ Global Nexus FZE. The venue hosts each night under its own licence and permits. We arrange the room, the door and the guest list.

Membership

Approval is at our discretion and can be withdrawn. We do not give reasons. Profiles that misstate a home club, handicap or role are removed. Sales professionals are admitted only when vouched for by a member, and that member is responsible for their guest.

Seats and money

Entry costs AED 50 for the first 50 seats of each night and AED 75 after that. The price for your seat is the one shown to you before you pay. You pay to reserve: the seat is yours once payment clears, and there is no holding a seat unpaid. Entry is non-refundable and non-transferable — the seat is yours alone and cannot be passed to another golfer. If you cannot come, tell us and we release the seat to someone on the list.

Food and drink

Entry buys you the room and nothing else. Anything you eat or drink is ordered from the venue and paid to the venue directly, on the night, under the venue's own terms and prices. We do not take a share of it, hold a tab on your behalf, or settle any part of it for you.

On the night

Entry is by one scan of one code. Staff may refuse entry to anyone without a valid seat, anyone who is intoxicated, or anyone who behaves in a way that makes the room worse. The venue's house rules apply in full.

Golf between members

Games, fourballs and lessons arranged between members are private arrangements. We are not party to them and accept no responsibility for what happens on the course.

Sponsors

Sponsors receive aggregate numbers only. No member data is shared with sponsors, and sponsor teams wear a sapphire badge so you know who they are.

Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability to you is limited to the entry price you paid for the night in question. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah.
