Who we are
Golfers Nite is run by AIHQ Global Nexus FZE, a company registered in the SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for the details you give us. Write to hello@golfersnite.com for anything below.
What we collect
Your mobile number, first and last name, email, company, role, an optional LinkedIn link, home club, handicap band, the days you play, and the referral code you arrived with. We also record when you consented to the directory, your seat history, door check-ins, and messages we send you.
Why we collect it
To decide whether to approve your profile, to run the door on the night, to send you your seat and reminders, to pay society captains for the golfers they bring, and to keep the room the room. We do not sell data and we do not advertise to you.
Who sees what
Approved members see your first name, home club, handicap band and play days, and only if you have ticked the directory consent. Door staff see your first name, home club and badge colour on the night. Company, role, LinkedIn, phone and email are visible to the two organisers who approve profiles and to nobody else. Sponsors receive counts of attendance and clubs represented, never names.
Where it lives
In a Supabase database in the European Union, protected by row-level security that enforces the rules above in the database itself. Text messages go through MSG91 and email through Resend, both under contract with us. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
How long we keep it
Your profile stays while you are a member or a pending applicant. If you ask us to delete it, we anonymise the profile and keep seat and check-in records for accounting for five years, as UAE law requires.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what we hold, correct it, withdraw directory consent at any time from your profile, or ask us to delete your account. Email hello@golfersnite.com and we will act within thirty days.
